To access your account, click on the Login link at the top of any page on our site. Then click on “My Account” link on the top of any page on our site. A screen appears allowing you to simply select an area you wish to update.

Yes.  It is quite simple to establish an account and the system will prompt you for the information needed to complete a transaction.

The only reason would be that the design you created did not reflect the Terms & Conditions of membership.  The site would delete that from the Gallery which would remove it from your Shopping Cart.

If you are having trouble using the design tools, be sure to first watch our YouTube "how to" video that is posted.  This will walk you through all the options you have for designing, including using the libraries of images available as well as the option to upload your own design from your desktop. In addition there are other question/answers in this section that may answer your questions.  if not, please contact Customer Service via the Contact Us link found at top of most screens.

Designs will automatically rotate out of the Gallery if there are no sales within a reasonable period of time.  The design will remain in your "My Studio" archive.

Per Terms & Conditions of the site,ownership of the artwork you create is transferrd to GSDS.  Sales of this artwork benefit Girl Scouts of the USA and your local Girl Scout Council.

Designs are published into the Gallery within 24 hours of your submission.

Gift Cards are sent to the recipient via email which includes a special one-of-a-kind code for ordering.

There are two ways to send a gift card. 1) send a gift card which will post gift funds in user's account or 2) indicate that an order is a gift at checkout.  You can add a note that will be placed on the packing slip enclosed with the gift.

To enter a contest, simply select the particular "Contest Details" button on the homepage.  This will give you information on current contests being offered, with advice on how to enter.

Simply click the "Join" button in the upper left corner of your screen and follow the steps detailed.

When you register with the Girl Scout Design Studio you have the ability to save your designs and/or publish to the Gallery for other Girl Scouts to rate and purchase.  You also receive design studio space of your own, or for your child to create.

To register your child under the age of 13 parentor legal guardian must give permission.  You can do this by clicking "Join" in the upper left corner. 

One the Home Page, use the button "Join".  By completing this process, a user is opening an account.

An account is activated for designing and saving designs with a membership once you join.  Purchasing a t-shirt can only occur if one has joined.

As a security feature, users are automatically logged out of the Site  after 30 minutes of inactivity.

LOG-IN is found on the top left of each screen. Once you have registered, you can sign in by  clicking the "Log In" button.  Enter your username and password and you will be signed in.

If you see a design that you would like to save as inspiration in your design studio page, simply click the "Save as Inspiration" button.  This will put the design in your studio so you can view it for ideas and inspiration.

Log into MYGSDS.com.  The Log-in button becomes My Account.  Select the My Account option and view the tab titled Orders.  Or look to the far right side of the Home Page and see the link to My Orders.  That will take you to the same section.

Select the product you wish to purchase and proceed through the checkout process.  This order will be detailed to your account.

Any item in the Shopping cart can be edited for size and quantity before you place the order.  No orders may be changed after an order h as been submitted.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact Customer Service

Using your computer key pad, select your print option and the screen will print.  You will receive an order confirmation by email which is also printable.

For bulk orders, please contact Customer Service via e-mail.  For all other orders, please use the Design Studio on the site.

Your order is transmitted to our production facility where we pull the size and color of shirt you've selected, then we digitally print your design.  Your shirt is goes through Quality Assurance and is then shipped to your door via the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Yes, just select the colors, sizes and quantity you would like to order when you are in the checkout page.

Yes.  It is quite simple to change your username once you have logged into the system. Access "My Account" and the system will prompt you for the information to make the change

It may be that your login username or password was not accurate.  Please log out and in again to be sure.  If this does not resolve itself, please send an email to Customer Service (customerservice@mygsds.com) and they will assist you.

To retrieve your Account ID or password click the Request New Password link and an email will be sent to the email address on file to guide you on user name and password.

You can manage your personal information, including your e-mail address, password,  or e-mail preferences at any time. Billing information is not retained by the Site.

For Privacy reasons, photos are not accepted at this time.

A cost widget will display the price of the shirt as you are creating your design so you are aware of the cost if you decide to purchase.

We do not accept PayPal at this time.

Yes, go to Gallery and just mouse over the design you want to purchase and click "Buy It".  A new screen will open so you may select your size and complete your purchase.

You can place your order using a Visa or MasterCard.

From the Gallery, select a design to rank and it will open on a page which allows you to rank the design.

Since every situation is different, please send an email to our Customer Service (customerservice@mygsds.com).  Generally, if there is something wrong with your order or it is damaged, then we'll work to correct and replace your order or issue a refund if you let us know within 15 days of receiving your order.  Please see Contact Us section for our GSDS promise.  Please include your order number with all inquiries.

Use the tracking number sent by email to track on the FedEx or UPS website.  Both companies can sometimes assist in expediting a shipment.

You will be advised by email when your order is shipped.  Orders will generally ship within 14 business days from date of order.  If more time than that has passed, please contact Customer Service with your order number.

GSDS makes every effort to ship orders complete.  If there is a delay, Customer Service will advise you of this in advance and quote a new shipping date.

If a tracking number is not working, please double check the number on the email you received.  Tracking does not appear until the package has been picked up from our facilities.  Please wait to track until one day after the shipment advice.  If you are still unable to track, please use complete the Contact Us form for additional assistance.

GSDS promises to ship orders within 14 business days.  Normal ground shipping time is 5-7 days. 

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you by email for tracking using the UPS or FedEx website.

GSDS Ships via UPS and FedEx in order to provide reliable service and package tracking.  Options for expedited service using these carriers is available and options for Bulk shipping are available by contacting Customer Service (customerservice@mygsds.com).

Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is 5-7 days.  In addition, we also have overnight and 2nd day shipping options available, once your order has been processed.

The site is secure and no credit card information is stored on the site.

Yes, the site is secure.  The only personal information the site accepts is purchasing information and that is not retained after it passes through the banking gateway.

If you are unsure of size, please check the measurements of a t-shirt that fits you well by following the arrows in our size chart.  Once you know the flat measurements, select the size from the size chart that best corresponds to your measurements.

GSDS T-shirts are 100% cotton and pre-shrunk.  Machine wash cold water, inside out, with like colors.  Only non-chlorine bleach can be used.  Tumble dry medium heat.  Do not iron. Do not dry-clean.

Yes, you may submit designs from outside the US.
